Account & Registration

Go to tojay.im and click Register. Fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number (10 digits starting with 3, no leading zero), date of birth, and a password. Tick the terms agreement and submit. You will receive a one-time PIN via SMS to verify your number. Once verified, your tojay account is live and you can make your first deposit immediately.

Yes, completely free. Creating a tojay account has no registration fee, no monthly charge, and no activation cost. You spend money only when you choose to deposit and place a bet.

You must be 18 years or older to register and use tojay. By completing registration and ticking the terms agreement you are confirming you meet this requirement. Tojay verifies player ages during the KYC process, and accounts belonging to underage players will be permanently closed.

No. Each person is permitted only one tojay account. Creating a second account under your own or a different identity violates tojay's Terms and Conditions. All associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds forfeited. If you have forgotten your login, use the forgot password option instead of creating a new account.

CNIC is not required at registration. You need only your name, mobile number, and date of birth to create a tojay account. CNIC verification (KYC) is required when requesting withdrawals above a defined threshold or if tojay's security team flags your account. For casual players this rarely becomes necessary.

Log in to your tojay account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address, change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and manage communication preferences. Changes to your registered mobile number require identity verification and must be done through support at support@tojay.im.

Deposits & Payments

Log in to your tojay account and navigate to the Deposit section in your account dashboard. Select Easypaisa or JazzCash, enter the amount you wish to deposit in PKR, and enter your wallet's mobile number when prompted. You will then receive an OTP on your wallet number to confirm the transaction. Funds are credited to your tojay balance almost instantly after you confirm on your wallet app.

The minimum first deposit on tojay is Rs 100. This applies across Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. Subsequent deposits may have a slightly different minimum – check the deposit screen in your account for the current figure.

Tojay accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are in PKR. Tojay does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may have their own fees.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are usually instant. If your balance has not updated within five minutes, first check that the money has actually left your wallet (check your Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction history). If the deduction is confirmed on your wallet's end but has not appeared on tojay, contact tojay support via live chat or email support@tojay.im with the transaction reference number and the deposit amount. The team will resolve it quickly – these cases are rare and almost always resolved the same day.

Tojay does not add any processing fee on deposits. The amount you send from Easypaisa or JazzCash is the full amount credited to your tojay balance. Some wallet providers or banks may apply a small transfer fee on their end – that is outside tojay's control. Check your wallet's fee schedule if you are unsure.

Withdrawals

Log in to your tojay account, go to the Withdrawals section, enter the amount you want to withdraw in PKR, and select your preferred payment method – Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank IBFT. Confirm the transaction. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within a few hours. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount on tojay is Rs 500. This applies to all withdrawal methods. There is no cap on standard withdrawal amounts, though large withdrawals may require completed identity verification (KYC) before they are processed.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals from tojay usually arrive within two to four hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers typically process within one business day, though some banks may take up to two business days depending on their processing schedule. If your withdrawal has not arrived after the expected timeframe, contact tojay support with your transaction reference number.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being put on hold include: identity verification not yet completed for large amounts; active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements; a security review triggered by unusual account activity; or bank details that do not match your registered account information. Log in and check any notifications in your account inbox. If you cannot identify the reason, contact tojay support for a specific explanation.

Tojay does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. The PKR amount you request is the full amount sent to your wallet or bank account. As with deposits, your wallet provider or bank may apply their own transfer fees – this is not something tojay controls.

Cricket Betting

Tojay covers a wide range of cricket events including PSL, Pakistan national team matches (T20Is, ODIs, Tests), IPL, Big Bash League, The Hundred, Sri Lanka Premier League, and other major T20 competitions globally. During PSL season, tojay typically offers the most comprehensive market coverage for Pakistani players with match winner, top batsman, top bowler, over-by-over runs, and dozens of other betting options.

Tojay offers match winner, toss winner, top team batsman, top team bowler, player of the match, over/under total runs, individual over runs, method of next dismissal, next wicket, innings runs total, first wicket partnership, and more. Market availability varies by match – major PSL games and Pakistan international fixtures typically have the broadest market range.

Yes. Tojay offers in-play betting on live cricket matches. Odds update ball by ball throughout the match. You can place bets during active play on most available markets. Some markets are suspended temporarily during active deliveries or wickets and reopen within seconds. The live score and current match situation are displayed alongside the odds in the betting interface.

If a match is abandoned before enough overs have been bowled for a result to be determined, most pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your tojay account in full. If a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result is declared, settled bets are typically based on the official result. Specific rules for individual markets are available in tojay's Terms and Conditions. In-play bets placed before an interruption may be settled differently – check the specific market rules.

The minimum stake on most cricket markets at tojay starts from Rs 10. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account history. The specific minimum and maximum for each market is shown on the bet slip before you confirm your wager.

Tojay displays odds in decimal format by default. Your potential return equals your stake multiplied by the decimal odd. For example, a Rs 500 stake at odds of 2.50 returns Rs 1,250 (stake Rs 500 + profit Rs 750) if the bet wins. You can switch the display format in account settings. Lower odds reflect a higher implied probability and thus a lower potential return. Odds move in real time based on market activity and match conditions.

Games & Casino

Tojay offers roulette (multiple table formats including live dealer), poker (cash tables and scheduled tournaments), Ludo games, fishing games, and esports betting across major game titles. All games use your PKR balance and winnings are credited back to the same balance. You can switch between cricket betting and any other game at any time without needing a separate account or wallet.

Tojay's roulette tables run continuously. You place chips on numbers, colours, rows, or other bet types before the spin. The wheel spins and payouts are automatically added to your PKR balance if your selection wins. Tojay offers European roulette (single zero, 2.7% house edge) and live dealer tables at various stake levels. The minimum chip bet starts at Rs 10 on standard tables.

Tojay's poker section has cash tables and scheduled tournaments. Cash tables let you buy in and cash out at any time. Tournaments have a fixed buy-in and a prize pool paid in PKR to top finishers. Stakes range from Rs 10 per hand to higher limits for experienced players. Standard Texas Hold'em is the primary format, with other variants available in the lobby.

Bonuses & Promotions

Tojay offers a welcome bonus for new players who register and make their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically after your qualifying deposit is confirmed. Wagering requirements (sometimes called a rollover) specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the terms for each offer. Bets on markets with odds below a certain threshold may not count toward the requirement – check the promotion terms.

If you have a tojay promo code, enter it in the optional promo code field during registration. If you have already registered and have a code for a subsequent promotion, you can usually enter it in the Promotions section of your account or during the deposit process when a code input field appears. Promo codes are case-sensitive – copy and paste where possible to avoid errors.

Security & Login

On the tojay login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and tojay will send a one-time reset PIN via SMS. Enter the PIN on the next screen to create a new password. The PIN expires in 10 minutes so complete the process promptly. If your registered mobile number is no longer active, contact support@tojay.im for account recovery.

Log in to your tojay account, go to Account Settings, and find the Security section. Toggle two-factor authentication on and verify your mobile number with a confirmation PIN. Once enabled, you will be asked to enter an OTP sent to your registered mobile number every time you log in from an unrecognised device. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your tojay account.

Act immediately: log in and change your password right away. Then enable two-factor authentication from account settings. Check your transaction history for any deposits or withdrawals you did not authorise. Contact tojay support at support@tojay.im immediately to report the suspected breach and request a security review. The security team can freeze your account while the investigation is underway and help you recover any funds lost to unauthorised activity.

Yes. Tojay uses TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and tojay's servers. Passwords are stored only in hashed form – not as readable text. Brute-force login attempts are automatically blocked. Player funds are held separately from operational funds. Tojay's security team monitors for unusual account activity around the clock and proactively contacts players when anomalies are detected.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your tojay account, go to Account Settings, and open the Responsible Gaming section. Select Deposit Limits and choose a daily, weekly, or monthly limit amount. Reductions to your deposit limit take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active. This ensures the tool genuinely helps manage your spending rather than being easy to override on impulse.

In Account Settings under Responsible Gaming, select Self-Exclusion and choose your preferred duration – six months, one year, three years, or permanent. Once confirmed, your tojay account is suspended for the chosen period. You will not receive any promotional communications during exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the chosen period regardless of circumstances. If you need urgent self-exclusion, contact tojay support directly and the team will action it immediately.

A cooling-off period is a temporary account suspension you can activate yourself from tojay's Responsible Gaming settings. Duration options include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period your account is closed for betting and deposits. The cooling-off period cannot be lifted early at your own request – it must run its full course. When it expires your account automatically becomes accessible again.

Easypaisa Deposit Not Arriving

Check your Easypaisa transaction history first to confirm the amount left your wallet. If it did, contact tojay support with the reference number and deposit amount. Same-day resolution in almost all cases.

Forgotten Tojay Password

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the tojay login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number, receive an SMS PIN, and set a new password. Done in under two minutes. If your number is no longer active, email support@tojay.im.

Withdrawal Taking Longer Than Expected

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals take up to four hours. IBFT transfers up to one business day. If your withdrawal exceeds these timeframes, contact tojay support with your transaction reference and they will investigate immediately.

Cricket Bet Not Settled

Most cricket bets on tojay settle within minutes of the final result. If your bet shows as pending for more than an hour after a match has ended, check the match status and contact tojay support if the delay continues.

Welcome Bonus Not Credited

Ensure your deposit met the minimum threshold for the bonus and that you did not opt out during registration. Bonuses usually credit within 30 minutes of your qualifying deposit confirming. If it has not arrived, check your bonus balance in the Promotions section and contact support if missing.

Account Verification (KYC)

If tojay requests identity verification, log in and go to Account Settings. Upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back). Verification usually completes within one business day. You can still bet normally while verification is pending unless a specific withdrawal hold is applied.
