Tojay Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing or using the tojay platform at tojay.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tojay. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Using tojay in any capacity – browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing any game – constitutes acceptance of these terms. This applies regardless of whether you have formally registered an account. Tojay reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use a tojay account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person – corporate entities, bots, and automated accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on tojay or any related platform.
• You must not be using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of tojay or any of its technology, payments, or data partners.

Tojay reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory documentation confirming your eligibility, tojay may suspend your account and withhold access to funds pending investigation. Age verification is taken seriously – any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable guidance.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active tojay account. Creating or operating more than one account – whether under your own details or using a different identity – is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional verification details requested. Providing false information at registration constitutes fraud and tojay will act accordingly, which may include reporting to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your tojay account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Tojay will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone call. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify tojay support immediately via the live chat function or by emailing support@tojay.im.

Tojay may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold or when suspicious activity is detected. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your CNIC and confirmation of your payment method. The process is straightforward and takes minimal time for most players.

All financial transactions on tojay are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Tojay does not apply any currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Easypaisa – instant deposits and withdrawals for verified accounts
• JazzCash – instant deposits and withdrawals for verified accounts
• NayaPay – instant deposits and withdrawals
• SadaPay – instant deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer / IBFT – same-day processing in most cases
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit cards – processed within a few hours

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Tojay does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside tojay's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes for verified accounts: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay withdrawals are typically completed within minutes. Bank transfers are processed the same business day for requests submitted before 5 PM PKT. Card withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on your card issuer.

Tojay may delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are outstanding verification requirements, if the withdrawal request is flagged by our security systems, or if there is an active investigation relating to the account. In all such cases, tojay will notify the account holder via their registered mobile number or email address. Funds deposited through a specific payment method will generally be returned to the same method on withdrawal.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on tojay. Product-specific rules (cricket betting, esports, in-play markets) are published within those respective sections of the platform and should be read in conjunction with these general terms.

• A bet is accepted only when tojay confirms it with a unique bet reference number. Until confirmation is received, the bet has not been placed.
• Tojay reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet at its discretion.
• Odds are subject to change up until the time your bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds are locked for that bet.
• In-play bets are subject to brief suspension periods around events such as wickets, goals, or penalties. Tojay will not accept liability for bets placed during a suspension window.
• Tojay reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error in the odds displayed, regardless of whether the bet has already been accepted.
• Bets placed on markets that relate to matches or events that have already started or concluded without tojay's knowledge will be voided and stakes returned.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out. A single void leg will reduce the accumulator rather than void it, unless stated otherwise for that specific market.

Tojay uses official data sources to determine match results and settlement outcomes. Where there is a conflict between unofficial sources (including social media, broadcasters, or unofficial live score feeds) and the official data used by tojay, the official data takes precedence for settlement purposes.

Tojay settles betting markets as soon as the official result is confirmed by the relevant governing body or data provider. For cricket markets, this is typically within minutes of the final ball being bowled. For live in-play markets, settlement occurs as soon as the relevant event (a wicket, an over completion, etc.) is officially recorded.

Once a market is settled, the result is final. Winnings are credited to your tojay wallet immediately upon settlement. Tojay will re-settle a market only in the following circumstances:

• A demonstrable data error by the official provider that materially affected settlement
• An official result reversal by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., a match result overturned due to a subsequent investigation)
• A technical error in tojay's own settlement system

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be reviewed. To raise a dispute, contact tojay support via live chat with your bet reference number and a clear description of the issue. Tojay will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Tojay runs promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions. The following general rules apply to all tojay bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Pakistani players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer terms.
• Each offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your tojay wallet. They are used for betting in the order specified in your wallet breakdown.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games or markets are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before the requirement is met will forfeit the remaining bonus balance.
• Tojay reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or any attempt to circumvent the intent of the offer.
• Winnings generated from free bets are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, unless the specific offer states otherwise.

All virtual casino games on tojay – including roulette, poker, fishing games, and Ludo – use certified random number generators (RNG) whose outputs are statistically random and independently verified. The results of virtual games cannot be influenced by bet size, account history, deposit method, or any other external factor.

Live dealer games are streamed from a professional studio using real physical equipment operated by trained croupiers. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by the physical action of the wheel, cards, or dice – not by software. Tojay streams live dealer content from verified providers whose operations are independently reviewed.

• A game round is complete once the final result has been recorded by the game system. No further action can be taken by the player once a round is complete.
• If a game session is disconnected before a round is completed, tojay's system will complete the round automatically based on the state of play at the time of disconnection. The outcome will be applied to your account on reconnection.
• Tojay is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side. We recommend using a stable 4G or Wi-Fi connection when playing live dealer games to avoid disconnection-related issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game table are displayed within the game interface before the round begins. These limits apply per round and may differ between table variants.

Should a technical malfunction occur that affects the integrity of a game round, tojay reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected round and return stakes to players. This is the only remedy available to players in the event of a technical malfunction.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tojay. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited:

• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or esports betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play, including through the use of multiple accounts.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets in a way designed to exploit discrepancies in tojay's odds to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have knowledge of or involvement in any attempt to manipulate the result.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with tojay's platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks after funds have been used on the platform.

Tojay actively monitors betting patterns, deposit and withdrawal activity, and account behaviour for signs of prohibited conduct. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and sporting bodies in investigations related to fraud, match fixing, or financial crime.

Tojay reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or at the player's own request.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified via your registered contact details. Access to your balance will be restricted during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and full access restored. If the investigation finds evidence of a breach, the account will be permanently closed and any funds directly connected to the breach may be withheld.

If you wish to close your tojay account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting support at any time. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Tojay takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment – not a source of financial stress or personal harm. All registered players have access to the following tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Set a notification to remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from tojay for a defined period. During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible for betting and deposits.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from tojay. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the period chosen and cannot be lifted at your own request before it expires.

Tojay does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with verified service providers who operate under strict data processing agreements.

All content on the tojay platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data feeds – is the intellectual property of tojay or its licensed content providers. Nothing on the platform grants any player a right to use tojay's intellectual property outside of normal platform use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from tojay.im without prior written authorisation. Screenshots and personal use sharing are acceptable within reasonable limits, but systematic scraping, data harvesting, or commercial republication of tojay's odds data or game content is strictly prohibited.

Tojay provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Tojay shall not be liable for losses arising from: temporary service unavailability, connectivity issues on the player's end, technical malfunctions beyond tojay's reasonable control, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

In no event shall tojay's total liability to a player exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by tojay.

Tojay is not responsible for any tax obligations that arise from your winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any tax laws applicable to your gambling income in your jurisdiction.

Tojay may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at tojay.im/terms-conditions with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, tojay will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address before the changes come into effect.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of tojay after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure via support.
